Physio 439 are a team of experienced physiotherapists conveniently located on Fullarton Road at Highgate - 10 minutes from Adelaide CBD. Physio@439 has evolved from our previous practice Adelaide Sports Physiotherapy with practice principals Helen Burfield and Andrew Clarkson seeing Physio@439 as a natural evolution in their physio journey.
